Experimental Devnet software
Terms of Service.
Pact is a prototype for settling structured work. The public demo uses Solana Devnet and a Pact test token. It is not a Mainnet payment service or a guarantee of work quality, delivery, or recovery.
Your task terms
Requesters define the work, assigned solver, quantity cap, price, and deadlines. Solvers submit results against those committed terms. The parties decide the accepted quantity. Pact validates protocol structure and chain state, not whether submitted statements or evidence are factually true.
Wallet authorization
Phantom presents transactions for your approval. Creating, funding, accepting, submitting, nonce-account creation, and final settlement can incur Devnet SOL fees or rent. Funding and settlement move Pact test tokens. A requester-only settlement signature does not broadcast; final settlement requires both requester and solver signatures over the same transaction.
Disputes and unresolved sends
On-chain dispute entries are audit records only. They do not arbitrate claims, reverse a transfer, or force a payout. A Submitted task can remain locked if either party withholds settlement authorization or becomes unavailable. If a settlement send is uncertain, the app blocks a replacement while the exact attempt could still execute. Do not interpret a returned signature alone as finalized settlement.
Use limits
Use disposable Devnet assets and verify the wallet, network, task, and transaction effects before approving. Do not rely on this experimental deployment for real-value custody or time-critical payment. Task terms and work evidence are supplied by the parties.
